Skye's Maltese dog Pippa is named after her character in the movie "Storm of the Century". Skye got Pippa in 2001.
Skye is friends with many actors, including Spencer and Abigail Breslin, Hallee Hirsh, Mika Boorem, Trevor Morgan, Brittany Murphy, Scout Taylor Compton, Daveigh Chase and Erik Per Sullivan.
Skye has family in Pennsylvannia.
Skye loves dogs and dolphins.

Her inspiration is her mom, who is an acting coach.

To Do With Her Career
Skye's first movie role was in Stephen King's TV miniseries "Storm of the Century".
Skye has starred in two movies with Brittany Murphy. They are "Riding in Cars with Boys" and "Don't Say a Word".
"The Patriot" is Skye's favorite movie she has worked on.
All the stunts for Skye's character in "Firestarter 2: Rekindled" were done by Skye herself.
She has worked with Hilary Swank twice, once in the theater production of "The Miracle Worker", and in the film "The Affair of the Necklace".
Skye says it's easier for adults on set, for kids, they have to juggle school into their day, as well as everything else. "Boogeyman" was filmed in New Zealand, and her night scenes were filmed at 2AM.
Unfortuanately, Skye's scenes in "The Affair of the Necklace" were deleted from the movie.
